Experience Science

There are a number of opportunities for school groups to visit the Parkville campus for science related activities. The programs will provide the opportunity to discover more about Science courses at Melbourne but also to try some hands-on activities. These programs are designed for future students or secondary science teachers to increase their scientific awareness and education.

Professional Development Opportunities for Science Teachers

The Faculty and its teaching departments provides secondary science teachers with seminars and workshops designed to keep you informed and up-to-date with the rapid developments and research in science.

In2science program info

The innovative In2science - Peer Mentoring in Schools Program places undergraduate science students in secondary school science and maths classes to serve as role models to the students and support the teachers. Since 2004, over 17,000 high school students have had access to a mentor helping to engage students in their studies and encourage a love of science.
